We don't believe in providing one price for all inspections as that risks you over paying. There are a number of variables we consider such as location, size of your home, age of your home etc. Please call us and we will be happy to give you a fair quote for inspecting your particular home.
If you are happy with our quote, we'll send you an inspection agreement and schedule your inspection, it's that easy.
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual only examination of your home, designed to identify material defects. These material defects may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing or other essential systems or portions of your home. There is no crystal ball though.
Your home inspection will assist you in evaluating the overall condition of your home. The inspection will be based on the observation of visible and apparent condition of its structure and components on the date of the inspection, and not the prediction of future conditions.
You should expect to find problems in your house that were not identified in your home inspection report, and that's because a home inspection will not reveal every problem that exists or could ever exist, but only those material defects that were observed on the day of your inspection. A material defect is a condition of a property or any portion of it that would have a significant adverse impact on the value of the property or that involves an unreasonable risk to people on the property. The fact that something is near, at, or beyond the end of its normal use life does not make it a material defect.
